Application progress of non invasive mechanical ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of respiratory failure

近年来,慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期呼吸衰竭的发病率逐年升高,目前主要临床治疗手段是无创机械通气。本研究即对无创机械通气的一系列适应证、禁忌证以及相关的技术要点进行综述,旨在促进无创通气在呼吸系统疾病领域的广泛应用。

In recent years,the incidence of respiratory failure in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease increased year by year.At present,the main clinical treatment was non-invasive mechanical ventilation.In this paper,our purpose was to study a series of indications and contraindications of noninvasive mechanical ventilation,and to reviewe the related key technical points,in order to promote the wide application of noninvasive ventilation in the field of respiratory system disease.
