摘要
目的:探讨早期肠内营养支持疗法应用于食管贲门癌术后患者的疗效。方法:收治食管贲门癌患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例,对照组采取全胃肠外营养支持,研究组采取早期肠内营养支持疗法,比较两组患者的各项指标。结果:研究组各项营养指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间和肛门排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肠内营养应用于食管贲门癌术后患者,较肠外营养更能改善患者的营养状况,并提高疗效。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the early enteral nutrition support therapy applied to patients with esophageal and gastric cardia cancer after operation.Methods:68 patients with carcinoma of esophagus and cardia were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each.The control group took the total parenteral nutrition support.The research group took the early enteral nutrition support therapy.We compared the various index of two groups patients.Results:The nutrition indicators levels of the research group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and anus exhaust time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of enteral nutrition in postoperative esophageal cardiac carcinoma patients can improve the nutritional status of patients better than the parenteral nutrition,and improve the curative effect.
