铸造支架网结构+覆盖义齿对牙列重度磨耗伴缺损咬合重建治疗的修复体会

Repair experience of casting frame network structure + overdenture on tooth column severe abrasion with defect occlusion reconstruction treatment

目的:探讨牙列重度磨耗伴缺损咬合重建的可摘式修复方法和效果。方法:对21例重度磨耗伴缺损病例,采用铸造支架网结构+塑酯冠覆盖义齿修复,分次逐步升高咬合。结果:对21例患者临床跟踪长达1年,满意17例(81%),基本满意4例(19%)。结论:修复1年后,患者在面部外观、咀嚼效果、关节舒适度等方面效果满意。

Objective:To explore removable type repair method and effect of tooth column severe abrasion with defect occlusion reconstruction.Methods:21 cases of severe abrasion with defect were given casting frame network structure +plastic resin crown cover denture,graded gradually increased occlusal.Results:21 patients for clinical follow-up of 1 years,17 cases(81%) were satisfaction,and 4 cases(19%) were basic satisfaction.Conclusion:After repair of 1 year,the effects of facial appearance,mastication effect,joint comfort of patients are satisfaction.
