腹腔镜下宫外孕手术80例分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜下宫外孕手术临床治疗效果。方法:2012年1月-2014年1月收治宫外孕患者80例,对其进行回顾性分析。将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组接受腹腔镜手术,对照组进行开放手术。对两组的手术疗效进行分析对比。结果:两组手术时间相当,但观察组的术中出血量、住院天数和肛门排气时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肠麻痹、切口感染、高碳酸血症、恶心呕吐和盆腔粘连的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术具有切口小、损伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、住院时间短、术后恢复快等优点,在临床上已广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of ectopic pregnancy operation by laparoscopic.Methods:80 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.We retrospective analyzed to them.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.Patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic operation,and the control group underwent open operation.We compared and analyzed the operation effect of the two groups.Results:The two group operation time was equivalent,but the amount of bleeding in the operation,the hospital stay and anus exhaust time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The intestinal paralysis,infection of incision,hypercapnia,nausea and vomiting and pelvic adhesion occurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic operation has small incision,less injury,less bleeding,less pain,shorter hospitalization time,rapid recovery after operation and other advantages.It has been widely applied in clinic.
