中西医结合保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination conservative treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的:通过对中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察,探讨中西医结合保守疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:对162例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行中医针灸、推拿、牵引辅助西医西药治疗。结果:162例患者,治愈106例,好转39例,无效17例,有效率89.5%。结论:采用中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果理想,避免手术可能带来的并发症,就诊方便、费用较低、患者容易接受,可以作为一种有效的治疗方法进行临床推广。

Objective:Through the clinical observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination conservative treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion,to explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination conservative treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods:163 patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were given Chinese medicine acupuncture,massage,traction with western medicine treatment.Results:In 162 patients,106 cases were cured;39 cases were improved;17 cases were ineffective;the effective rate was 89.5%.Conclusion:The effect of using traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion is ideal.It avoids operation possible be brought about complications,medical convenience,low cost,and it is easy to be accepted by patients.It can be used as an effective treatment method for clinical promotion.
