玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Yu Ping Feng granule in the treatment of children recurrent respiratory infection

目的:观察玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:2010年1月-2013年1月收治反复呼吸道感染患儿66例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予玉屏风颗粒口服治疗,对照组给予常规治疗即应用抗生素或抗病毒药物及对症支持治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率84.26%,对照组总有效率35.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:玉屏风颗粒对小儿反复呼吸道感染有较好的治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yu Ping Feng granule in the treatment of children recurrent respiratory infection.Methods:66 children with recurrent respiratory infection were selected from January 2010 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were given Yu Ping Feng granule oral treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The control group were given routine treatment which was antibiotics or antiviral drugs and symptomatic and supportive treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.26%;the total effective rate of the control group was 35.86%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yu Ping Feng granule has good therapeutic effect on children recurrent respiratory infection.
