摘要
目的:探讨高频彩超在腹壁疝诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治腹壁疝患者26例,回顾性分析其高频彩超声像图特征。结果:26例病例中,超声诊断正确24例,漏诊2例,准确率92.3%。结论:高频彩超可以观察到腹壁疝的疝囊大小、疝口位置、内容物及血供情况,可以为临床治疗提供有价值的诊断信息,成为首选的影像学检查方法。
Objective:To explore the application value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal hernia.Methods:26 patients with abdominal hernia were selected.The high frequency color doppler ultrasound ultrasonic characteristics was retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 26 cases,24 cases were correctly diagnosed by ultrasound;2 cases were missed diagnosis;the accuracy rate was 92.3%.Conclusion:High frequency color doppler ultrasound can observe the hernial sac size,hernia mouth position,contents and blood supply of abdominal hernia.It can provide useful diagnostic message for clinical treatment and become the preferred imaging examination method.
