The value of Tei index in diagnosis of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨分析Tei指数对慢性心衰患者心功能的临床诊断价值。方法:2012年1月-2013年1月收治慢性心力衰竭患者50例以及健康体检者50例,分别作为观察组和对照组。通过彩色多普勒超声测量所有人的Tei指数。比较慢性心力衰竭患者与健康人Tei指数的差异,评价Tei指数对慢性心衰患者心功能的临床诊断价值。结果:观察组的Tei指数明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Tei指数诊断慢性心力衰竭的灵敏度84.8%、特异度83.1%,准确度84.2%。结论:Tei指数对慢性心衰患者心功能的临床诊断具有重要的意义,可作为判断慢性心衰的临床诊断指标。

Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of Tei index on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:50 patients with chronic heart failure and 50 cases of healthy persons were selected from January 2013 to January2012 as the observation group and the control group respectively.We measured the Tei index of all people by color doppler ultrasound.We compared the differences of the Tei index of the chronic heart failure patients and healthy people,to evaluate the clinical diagnosis value of Tei index on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Results:The Tei index in the observation group was higher than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between those two groups(P<0.05).The sensitivity of Tei index in diagnosis of chronic heart failure was 84.8%,while the specificity of it was 83.1%,and the accuracy was 84.2%.Conclusion:In patients with chronic heart failure,Tei index plays an important role in clinical diagnosis of cardiac function,so it can be used as the index to judge the clinical diagnosis of chronic heart failure.
