药物性鼻炎治疗体会

Experience of medicamentous rhinitis treatment

目的:探讨药物性鼻炎的治疗方法。方法:2012-2014年收治药物性鼻炎患者82例,全部患者均行前鼻镜检查及鼻内镜检查,同时依据不同情况给予鼻腔生理盐水冲洗、丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷剂喷鼻以及鼻甲消融术或下鼻甲黏膜部分切除术。结果:所有患者经治疗后鼻腔通气功能均得到明显改善,总有效率100%。结论:药物性鼻炎的治疗,应及早发现、及早治疗,根据病情选用治疗方法。

Objective:To investigate the treatment method of medicamentous rhinitis.Methods:82 patients with medicamentous rhinitis were selected from 2012 to 2014.All patients underwent anterior rhinoscopy and nasal endoscopic examination,and at the same time,they were given nasal saline irrigation,beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray nasal spray and radiofrequency ablation or inferior turbinate mucosal resection according to different circumstances.Results:The nasal ventilation function of all patients were improved significantly after treatment,and the total efficiency was 100%.Conclusion:The treatment of medicamentous rhinitis should be early detection and early treatment.We select the treatment methods according the disease situation.
