脑卒中患者便秘的原因分析及中医护理干预

Analysis of the causes of constipation of stroke patients and traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention

目的:探讨中医护理干预对脑卒中合并便秘患者的护理效果。方法:将180例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各90例。对照组给予常规护理和宣教,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予针灸、穴位按摩、腹部按摩、中药汤剂等中医护理干预。结果:对照组发生便秘12例(13.3%),观察组1例(1.1%),两组比较,经统计学分析χ2=10.03,P<0.01,比较差异有统计学意义。结论:脑卒中患者在常规护理的基础上配合中医护理干预可有效地降低脑卒中患者便秘的发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on cerebral apoplexy patients complicated with constipation.Methods:180 patients with stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional nursing and education.The observation group were given acupuncture,acupoint massage,abdominal massage,traditional Chinese medicine decoction of TCM nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Results:In the control group,the incidence of constipation was 12cases(13.3%);the observation group was 1 case(1.1%);comparison of two group,through statistical analysis withχ2=10.03,P<0.01,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion:Stroke patients on the basis of conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of stroke patients with constipation.
