摘要
目的:妇科术后长期保留导尿拔管后重置尿管的因素有很多,医护人员应根据患者不同情况具体分析,比如了解患者术中情况,有无膀胱输尿管的过度牵拉、压迫、误伤等;患者是否存在尿路感染和损伤,患者的心理精神状态,是否掌握留置尿管期间的注意事项及健康知识等。根据患者可能存在的危险因素,预先采取相应的护理措施,尽量减少拔管后重置尿管的几率,减轻患者痛苦。
The factors of reseting urine tube after extubation in patients with long-term retention catheter after gynecological operation are many.Medical personnel should make concrete analysis according to different conditions of patients,such as the understanding of patients intraoperative situation,whether excessive force,oppression,accidentally injure of bladder ureter,whether there is urinary tract infection damage in patients,psychological mental state of patients,whether grasp considerations and health knowledge during placing a urinary catheter and so on.According to the possible risk factors in patients,we advance to take corresponding nursing measures,reduce the probability of reseting urine tube after extubation as far as possible,and alleviate the suffering of patients.
