摘要
目的:通过开展品管圈活动,探讨提高苄星青霉素注射成功率的方法。方法:选取开展品管圈活动前111例患者为常规组,开展品管圈活动后102例患者为QCC组,接受苄星青霉素注射,观察对照两组注射成功率。结果:常规组一次注射的成功率87.39%,QCC组一次注射的成功率97.06%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过开展品管圈活动,可有效提高苄星青霉素注射成功率。
Objective:Through the development of QCC,to explore the method to improve the success rate of benzathine penicillin injection.Methods:Before carrying out the quality control circle activity,111 patients were selected as the routine group.After carrying out the quality control circle activity,102 patients were selected as the QCC group.Two groups received benzathine penicillin injection,we observed the success rate of injection.Results:In the conventional group,an injection success rate was87.39%.In the QCC group,an injection success rate was 97.06%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the development of QCC can effectively improve the success rate of benzathine penicillin injection.
