供应室轴节类手术器械润滑方法的对比与分析

Comparison and analysis of lubrication method of coupling type operation device in the supply room

目的:医院供应室一般使用浸泡法、煮沸润滑法、擦拭法及喷雾浸润法对轴节类手术器械进行润滑保养。本文拟对这4种方法的原理、成本及润滑保养效果进行对比研究,提出建议。方法:将400件有轴节的手术器械随机分为4组,每组100件,分别采取浸泡法、煮沸润滑法、擦拭法及喷雾浸润法润滑,分别对其润滑效果进行分析。结果:浸泡法合格率95%,返锈率10%;煮沸润滑法合格率97%,返锈率10%;擦拭法合格率80%,返锈率21%;喷雾浸润法合格率96%,返锈率5%。结论:经过对比分析,结合医院的实际及多年工作经验,认为喷雾润滑法应成为基层医院供应室对轴节类手术器械的首选润滑方法。

Objective:Hospital supply room generally used soaking method and boiling lubricating method,wiping method and spray infiltration for Lubrication and maintenance of coupling type operation device.In this paper,we compared the principle,cost and the effect of lubricating maintenance of the four methods,and put forward suggestions.Methods:The 400 coupling surgical instruments were divided into 4 groups randomly,and each group had 100 parts.They were lubricated respectively with immersion method,boiling lubricating method,wiping method and spray infiltration method.We compared the effect of lubrication.Results:The qualified rate of immersion method was 95%,and the return of rust rate was 10%;the qualified rate of boiling lubricating method was 97%,and the return of rust rate was 10%;the qualified rate of wiping method was 80%,and the return of rust rate was 21%;the qualified rate of spray infiltration method was 96%,and the return of rust rate was 5%.Conclusion:Through comparative analysis,combined with the hospital and the actual working experience of many years,we believe that the spray lubrication should be the first choice for coupling lubrication method of surgical instruments in supply room of primary hospitals.
