摘要
目的:分析药物对常用检验指标结果带来的影响。方法:从医院诊治的各类患者当中在服用药物后的检验指标结果中随机抽取,然后总结和分析选取的结果。结果:通过对患者反复地进行尿检,发现主要影响因素为治疗药物以及患者的代谢物。结论:部分患者在服用有些药物后,会直接影响临床检验指标的最终结果。临床检验的治疗医师以及工作人员应该从思想上重视患者服用药物对临床检验指标所带来的影响,对于检验结果要仔细研究与筛选。
Objective:To analyze the effect of drugs on common inspection index results.Methods:The inspection index results after taking drugs were randomly selected from all kinds of patients with a diagnosis and give treatment in hospital.The selected results were summarized and analyzed.Results: Through the repeated urine testing of patients, we found that main influence factors for the treatment of patients were drugs and metabolites.Conclusion: Some patients after taking some drugs will directly affect the clinical test result.The treating physicians and staff of clinical test should attach great importance on the effect of taking drugs on clinical inspection indexes,and they should carefully study and screening the inspection results.
