摘要
目的:探讨异甘草酸镁在化疗后引起肝功能异常的治疗作用。方法:2010年1月-2014年2月收治经过病理学或细胞学证实的恶性肿瘤患者60例,随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例,两组患者分别采用异甘草酸镁和还原型谷胱甘肽保肝治疗。结果:治疗组肝功能好转情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:异甘草酸镁在治疗化疗后肝功能异常疗效较好,可以缩短临床肝损的病程,不良反应较少,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate treated on patients with abnormal liver function after chemotherapy.Methods:60 patients with malignant tumor confirmed by pathology or cytology were selected from January 2010 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.Two groups were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and glutathione in treatment of liver respectively.Results:The improvement of liver function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate treated on abnormal liver function after chemotherapy can achieved good effect,while it also can shorten the course of clinical liver damage,and with less adverse reactions,so it is wothy to be popularized in the clinical.
