奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林与甲硝唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and metronidazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的:分析研究奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林与甲硝唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:2011-2013年收治胃溃疡患者30例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组15例。两组患者都进行抗胃溃疡治疗,对照组采用西咪替丁结合硫糖铝治疗,观察组选用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林与甲硝唑治疗。观察比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林与甲硝唑治疗胃溃疡,临床效果显著,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To analyze and study the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and metronidazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:30 patients with gastric ulcer were selected from 2011 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 15 cases in each.The patients in two groups were given anti gastric ulcer treatment.The control group were given cimetidine combined with sucralfate treatment.The observation group were given omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and metronidazole treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%.The total effective rate of the control group was66.7%.The clinical curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and metronidazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer is significant.It is worthy of clinical application.
