中医鸡尾酒疗法在腰椎间盘突出症中的创新应用

Innovative application of traditional Chinese medicine cocktail therapy on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的:观察中医鸡尾酒疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取针灸推拿门诊患者64例,随机分成针灸组、推拿组、中医组、鸡尾酒疗法(中医综合疗法)组。每组16例。观察比较四组疗效。结果:针灸组总有效率87.5%;推拿组总有效率81.25%;中药组总有效率75%;鸡尾酒疗法(中医综合疗法)组总有效率93.7%。鸡尾酒疗法总有效率明显高于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医鸡尾酒疗法(中医综合疗法)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于传统单一疗法临床应用,基层医院可应用推广。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the cocktail therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc prolapse.Methods: 64 patients with acupuncture and massage clinics were randomly divided into acupuncture group,massagegroup, Chinese medicine groupand cocktail therapy group(group integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine),with16 cases in each group.We compared four groups of curative effect.Results:The total effective rate of acupuncture group was87.5%;the total effective rate of control group was 81.25%;the total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group was 75%;the total effective rate of cocktail therapy(integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine) group was 93.7%.The total effective rate of cocktail therapy group was significantly higher than the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of cocktail therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM comprehensive therapy) in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is superior to the traditional single therapy,and basic-level hospitals can be used.
