目的:探讨Beclin-1、Bcl-2、Bax在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及意义。方法:运用免疫组化S-P法检测80例子宫内膜样腺癌及40例正常子宫内膜组织制作成的组织芯片中Beclin-1、Bcl-2、Bax 3种基因蛋白的表达,并分析三者间的相关性,以及与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:1Bax、Bcl-2在子宫内膜样腺癌中高表达,而Beclin-1在子宫内膜样腺癌中低表达,提示三者可能均参与了子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展。2Beclin-1与Bcl-2、Beclin-1与Bax表达呈负相关,提示Bax、Bcl-2可能通过抑制Beclin-1的表达,共同促进子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展。3Beclin-1与Bcl-2的表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的某些临床病理特征之间存在一定相关性。Beclin-1阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度及TNM分期密切相关,可望作为预后评估的参考指标。结论:Beclin-1、Bcl-2、Bax在子宫内膜样腺癌中有着不同的表达水平并具有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the expression and significance of Beclin-1,Bcl-2,Bax in endometrial carcinoma.Methods:We detected the expression of Beclin-1,Bcl-2,Bax gene in tissue chip of 80 patients with endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 40 cases of normal endometrium by immunohistochemical S-P method,and analyzed the correlation between the three and the relation with clinical pathological characteristics.Results: 1 Bax and Bcl-2 were high expression in endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and Beclin-1 was low expression in endometrioid adenocarcinoma.The results suggested that the three might participate in the occurrence and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.2The expression of Beclin-1 and Bcl-2,Beclin-1 and Bax were negatively correlated.The results suggested that Bax and Bcl-2 could promote the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma by inhibiting the expression of Beclin-1.3Expression of Beclin-1 and Bcl-2 was of certain correlation with clinical and pathological features of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.The positive expression of Beclin-1 was closely related with the degree of tumor differentiation and TNM stage.It could be used as reference index of evaluating prognosis.Conclusion:Beclin-1,Bcl-2 and Bax has different levels of expression in endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and has important clinical significance.
