CABG患者术前护理的人文关怀对患者焦虑抑郁的影响

Influence of humanistic care in preoperative nursing for patients with CABG on anxiety and depression

目的:研究冠脉搭桥术(CABG)患者术前护理的人文关怀对患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法:2012年6月-2013年4月收治冠脉搭桥术患者106例,随机分为人文关怀健康教育心理干预治疗组(研究组)和传统护理治疗组(对照组)。研究组结合常规治疗和人文关怀护理;对照组则应用常规治疗和一般护理方法。以发放问卷形式采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表来评估CABG患者术前术后的焦虑和抑郁状态。结果:研究组结果与对照组相比分值有明显地下降(P<0.01)。结论:将人文关怀护理理念融入CABG患者护理服务、健康教育之中,有效地改善了CABG患者焦虑抑郁负性情绪,对增加对手术的耐受力,减少并发症的发生有重要的意义,提高了疾病的治愈率和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of humanistic care in preoperative nursing for patients with CABG on anxiety and depression.Methods:106 patients with coronary artery bypass grafting were selected from June 2012 to April 2013.They were randomly divided into the humanistic care for psychological health education intervention treatment group(the study group) and the traditional nursing treatment group(the control group).The study group were given the humanistic nursing care combined with routine treatment.The control group were given conventional treatment and general nursing method.We assessed the anxiety and depression status of CABG patients before and after operation in questionnaire form with the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale.Results:In study group as compared with the control group,the score was decreased obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion:The concept of humanistic care into nursing service in CABG patients and health education can effectively improve the depression and anxiety of CABG patients.It has important significance to increase the tolerance of operation,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the cure rate of the disease and quality of life.
