聚焦解决模式在肿瘤科护士心理干预中的应用

Application of solution focused approach in psychological intervention in oncology nurses

目的:探讨聚焦解决模式在肿瘤科护士心理干预中的应用效果。方法:2013年1月-2014年5月肿瘤科工作护士50名,分成观察组和对照组,每组25名,观察组进行临床心理干预,对比研究两组护士心理情况,并进行细致分析。结果:观察组干预后总分124.67分,相比较干预前总分167.89,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组干预后总分157.24,相比较干预前总分164.33,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。在观察组,干预显效13例,干预有效10例,临床干预有效率92%,相比较对照组干预显效8例,干预有效10例,临床干预有效率72%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床心理干预效果显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦解决模式属临床新型心理干预方法,其干预效果显著,不仅在对于护士的心理辅导方面可以利用,在临床中,以此方法对各种患者同样适用。

Objective:To explore the effect of application of solution focused approach in psychological intervention in oncology nurses.Methods:50 oncology nurses were selected from January 2013 to May 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The observation group were given clinical psychological intervention.We compared the psychological situation of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the observation group total score was 124.67;before the intervention,the total score was 167.89;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the control group total score was 157.24;before the intervention,the total was 164.33;there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the observation group,13 cases were markedly effective;10 cases were effective;efficiency was 92%.In the control group,8 cases were markedly effective;10 cases were effective efficiency was 72%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the clinical effect of psychological intervention was significant with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Solution focused approach is a new type of psychological intervention.The intervention effect is significant.It is not only suitable for the nurses' psychological counseling,but also is suitable for various patients.
