The experience of peri operation period nursing for patients with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction surgery combined with artificial lens implantation

目的:探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除术加人工晶体植入术围手术期护理措施及体会。方法:收治白内障患者128例,使用小切口囊外摘除术与人工晶体植入术联合治疗,实施围手术期护理,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:128例接受小切口白内障囊外摘除术加人工晶体植入术的患者在得到全方位护理配合都顺利康复出院,无一例发生护理并发症。结论:全面周到的围手术期护理可提高手术成功率,保障患者安全。

Objective:To explore the measures and experience of peri operation period nursing for patients with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction surgery combined with artificial lens implantation.Methods:128 patients with cataract were selected.They were treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction surgery combined with artificial lens implantation,and were given perioperative nursing care.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After the full range of nursing,128 patients treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction surgery combined with artificial lens implantation were successfully discharged,and there was no nursing complication.Conclusion:Comprehensive peri operation period nursing can improve the success rate of operation,and ensure the safety of patients.
