摘要 目的:腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆管损伤一直是腹腔镜外科医师很关心的问题,本文回顾性分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术482例,其中腹腔镜术后胆管损伤5例,对腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆管损伤的原因、类型及预防进行分析。 The bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the very concern problem of the laparoscopic surgeons.In this paper,the author retrospectively analyzes 482 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,among 5 cases are laparoscope postoperative bile duct injury.The author analyzes the reasons,types and prevention of bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
