以社会需求为导向的护理本科生社区实习模式研究

The mode of community nursing practice of undergraduate students based on the social needs

目的:探索护理本科生社区毕业实习模式,提高护生社区实践能力。方法:采用文献法、专家访谈法及问卷法制定本科生社区护理实习模式。结果:影响护理本科生社区就业原因前4位是工资待遇、单位规模、发展空间及编制;通过专家和院领导反复讨论制定了社区护理实习模式的初稿。结论:初步构建了本院护理本科生社区实习方案,方案明确了社区实习基地、科室及具体实习内容等。

Objective:To explore the mode of pre graduation practice community of nuring undergraduate students,to improve the practice ability of nurse students in community.Methods:We formulated the undergraduate community nursing practice mode by using the methods of literature,expert interview and questionnaire method.Results:The top four reasons causing nursing undergraduate community employment were wagesunit scale,development space and compilation;by leading experts and hospital repeated discussions,we developed the first draft mode of community nursing practice.Conclusion:We has initially established the community nursing internship program for undergraduate students in our college,in this scheme,community practice base,departments and the practice contents are clear.
