摘要
目的:探讨应用电子病历系统后临床医疗质量变化。方法:对2012-2013年临床医疗质量进行对比分析。结果:建立了电子病历系统的临床病历书写质量、核心制度落实和合理用药等医疗质量指标明显改善,质量控制效率明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:应用电子病历系统后,临床医疗质量明显改善,提高了病历内涵。
Objective:To investigate the changes of clinical medical quality in application of electronic medical record system.Methods:We compared the clinical medical quality of 2012 to 2013.Results:Indexes of medical quality,such as the quality of writing,the core of the implementation of the system and the rational use of drugs and so on in clinical medical records with the establishment of the electronic medical record system were obviously improved,and the quality control efficiency was improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:After the application of electronic medical record system,clinical medical quality is obviously improved.It improves the medical record connotation.
