子宫腺肌病是妇科多发疾病,且呈逐年增加趋势。其主要临床表现为月经量改变,以及逐渐加剧的痛经、不孕等。根据不同患者的具体情况和要求,有期待治疗、非手术治疗和手术治疗等,需衡量各种治疗方式的利弊,实施个体化治疗以及联合治疗。
Adenomyosis is a commom diseases in gynecology,and it shows an increasing trend year by year.The main clinical manifestations are menstrual quantity change,gradually aggravate dysmenorrhea,infertility and so on.According to different patients in specific situations and requirements,there are expectant treatment,non operative and operative treatment.We need to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of treatment to implement individualized treatment and combined treatment.
