腹部外伤及闭合性损伤87例诊治体会

Experience on diagnosis and treatment of 87 patients with abdominal trauma and closed injury

目的:分析闭合性腹部外伤的诊治方法,总结临床经验。方法:回顾性分析闭合性腹部外伤87例患者的临床资料。结果:87例患者中有83例痊愈出院,4例不治死亡,死亡率4.6%,14例患者出现切口感染、腹腔感染等并发症,并发症发生率16.1%。结论:及早的诊断和有效治疗是闭合性腹部外伤患者诊治的最重要经验,治疗时应根据具体情况选择治疗方案,切实减少死亡率和并发症。

Objective:To analyze the method in diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma,to summarize the clinical experience.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 87 patients with closed abdominal trauma.Results:Among the87 cases,there were 83 cases cured;4 cases died,and the mortality of 4.6%;14 patients with complications of wound infection,and intra-abdominal infection,the complication rate was 16.1%.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and effective treatment is the most important experience in diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal trauma,and we should choose the treatment according to the specific situation,in order to reduce mortality and complications.
