摘要
目的:总结和分析开放性胸部损伤的救治经验。方法:2010年1月-2014年1月收治开放性胸部损伤患者42例,对病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结治疗措施对于患者预后及死亡率的影响。结果:痊愈38例(90.4%),死亡4例(5.6%),痊愈患者随访0.5~4年无严重的并发症。结论:并非所有患者均需开胸手术治疗,胸腔闭式引流术可治疗大部分开放性胸外伤,早期诊断和及时的治疗可大大降低死亡率。
Objective:To summarize and analyze the experience of open treatment of chest injury.Methods:42 patients with open chest injury were selected from January 2010 to January 2014.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and we summarized treatment effect on the prognosis and mortality.Results:38 cases(90.4%)were cured;4 cases(5.6%)were died;cured patients were followed for six months to four years without serious complications.Conclusion:Not all patients required thoracic surgery,closed thoracic drainage treat most open chest trauma,early diagnosis and prompt treatment can significantly reduce mortality.
