腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的效果分析

Effect analysis of laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:2011年8月-2013年12月收治异位妊娠患者104例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术效果。结果:观察组无中转开腹,且观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间、尿管保留时间及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后均无并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠具有创伤小、术中出血量少、术后恢复快等优点,有利于促进患者康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:104patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected from August 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery.We compared the effect of the operation of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,no case was converted to laparotomy.The operation time,amount of bleeding during the operation,anal exhaust time,activity time out of bed after surgery,catheter retention time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Two groups did not have postoperative complications.Conclusion:Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy had many advantages,such as less trauma,less bleeding,faster postoperative recovery.It was conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
