糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of hormone dependent dermatitis

目的:探讨糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的病因及临床治疗效果。方法:2010年1月-2014年6月收治糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者66例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:患者以中青年女性为主,长期滥用或误用激素类制剂是其主要病因,综合治疗后痊愈53例(80.3%),显效10例(15.2%),有效3例(4.5%),无效0,总有效率95.5%。结论:糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎已成为临床上常见皮肤病,多药联合治疗具有良好的临床疗效,而避免滥用或误用糖皮质激素药物则是预防的关键。

Objective:To explore the etiology of glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis and its clinical effect.Methods:66 patients with corticosteroid dependent dermatitis were selected from January 2010 to June 2014.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Patients were mainly middle-aged women,and long-term abuse or misuse of glucocorticoid was the main causes.After comprehensive treatment,53 cases(80.3%) were cured;10 cases(15.2%) were markedly effective;3 cases(4.5%) were effective;no case was invalid;the total efficiency was 95.5%.Conclusion:Corticosteroid dependent dermatitis had been clinically common skin disease;combined with multi drug therapy had a good clinical curative effect;avoiding the abuse or misuse of glucocorticoid hormone was the key to the prevention.
