中西医结合治疗人流术后月经过少的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of integrative medicine therapy on hypomenorrhea after operative abortion

目的:研究中西医结合治疗人流术后月经过少的临床效果。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收治人流术后月经过少患者74例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组37例,对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片和黄体酮胶囊口服,观察组在对照组的基础上给予补肾化瘀汤口服,比较两组患者的临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度变化等。结果:1治疗结束后,观察组显效28例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率91.8%(34/37);对照组显效13例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率75.6%(28/37),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2两组患者的子宫内膜厚度在治疗后均有明显改善,但观察组改善更为明显,与对照组相比组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗人流术后月经过少临床有效率高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of integrative medicine therapy on hypomenorrhea after operative abortion.Methods:74 patients with hypomenorrhea after operative abortion were treated from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 patients per group.The patients in the control group were given the treatment with oral administration of estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules,and those in the observation group were given the treatment with oral administration of decoction for strengthening kidney and eliminating stasis on the basis of those in the control group.The clinical effect,the changes of endometrial thickness and others were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:1After the treatment,in the observation group,there were 28 cases with marked effect,6 cases effective,3 cases with no effect,total efficiency was 91.8%(34/37);in the control group,there were 13 cases with marked effect,15 cases effective,9 cases with no effect,total efficiency was 91.8%(28/37),there were statistical significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);2There was significant improvement in endometrial thickness of all the two groups of patients after treatment,but the improvement in the observation group was more obviously,there were statistical significant differences between the groups compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a high clinical effective rate in integrative medicine therapy on hypomenorrhea after operative abortion,which is worthy of popularization and application.
