下颌阻生牙拔除过程中误入下颌间隙1例

Strayed mandible clearance during mandibular impacted maxillary teeth exelcymosis process in 1 case report

下颌阻生牙拔除前,应根据X线片对其阻力进行分析,防止术后并发症的发生。一旦出现失误,牙齿进入下颌间隙,调节光线、椅位、充分暴露局部视野,冷静选择适当的器械进行弥补,将牙齿掏出。本文对1例下颌阻生牙拔除过程中误入下颌间隙病例进行分析。

Before mandibular impacted maxillary teeth exelcymosis,it should be analyzed its resistance according to the X-ray to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications.Once appearing mistake,teeth enters into the mandible clearance,adjusting light,chair seat,fully exposed the local view,selecting the appropriate equipment make compensation,the tooth was pulled out.In this paper,the author analyzes 1 case of strayed mandible clearance during mandibular impacted maxillary teeth exelcymosis process.
