常规超声成像诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的体会及临床价值

Experience and clinical value of conventional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of breast malignant tumor

目的:探讨常规超声成像诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的体会及临床价值。方法:回顾性分析收治的术前均行乳腺常规超声成像检查患者407例(共488个乳腺病灶)的临床资料,并将超声诊断结果与病理结果进行对照与分析。结果:常规超声成像对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断具有较高的临床价值,灵敏度、特异度以及正确率价值相当。结论:常规超声成像对乳腺恶性肿瘤征象十分敏感,可以及时鉴别出乳腺良恶性病变。

Objective:To explore the experience and clinical value of conventional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of breast malignant tumor.Methods:The clinical data of 407 cases of patients with conventional ultrasound imaging of mammary gland(488breast lesions) were analyzed retrospectively and the ultrasonic diagnosis and pathology were compared and analyzed.Results:The conventional ultrasonic imaging in the diagnosis of mammary gland malignant tumor had high clinical value and the sensitivity,speciality rate and correct were the same.Conclusion:Conventional ultrasonic imaging was sensitive to the signs of mammary gland malignant tumor and could identify benign and malignant breast lesions in time.
