摘要
本文对高龄初产妇54例采取常规产科专科护理以及心理护理、并发症的干预护理、分娩期护理、产后护理、健康宣教等综合护理干预措施。结果表明,针对高龄初产妇的特点,采取综合性的护理干预措施,重视围生期保健教育,可以有效地改善妊娠结局,有利于整体护理质量的提高。
In this paper,54 cases of elder primiparas were given routine obstetric nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention measures,such as psychological nursing,complication nursing intervention,nursing care during delivery,postpartum nursing,health education and so on. According to the characteristics of elderly primipara,taking comprehensive nursing intervention measures and paying attention to perinatal health education can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome,and it was conducive to the improvement of the quality of holistic nursing care.
