摘要
目的:研究慢性中性粒细胞白血病的临床护理干预效果。方法:2011年8月-2014年8月收治慢性中性粒细胞白血病患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,观察组进行有针对性的护理干预,对照组进行常规护理,对比观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:观察组的总有效率90.00%,对照组的总有效率71.67%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性中性粒细胞白血病患者而言,有针对性的护理干预效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention of chronic neutrophilic leukemia.Methods:120 patients with chronic neutrophilic leukemia were selected from August 2011 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given targeted nursing intervention,and the control group was given conventional nursing.We compared the effect of clinical nursing care of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency was 90%;in the control group,the total efficiency was 71.67%;the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For chronic neutrophilic leukemia patients,in clinical nursing,the pertinent nursing intervention effect was obvious,and it was worthy of clinical use.
