Analysis of the status of premarital medical examination in Jianxi District of Luoyang City from 2001 to 2013

目的:分析2001-2013年洛阳市涧西区婚前医学检查指标及影响因素,以有效开展婚前医学检查工作,降低出生缺陷发生率,提高出生人口素质,保障婚姻幸福。方法:对2001-2013年洛阳市涧西区婚前医学检查年报表进行分析,包括婚检人数、检出疾病例数、婚检率、检出疾病比率等,分析影响婚检开展的因素。结果:2001-2013年洛阳市涧西区婚前医学检查率波动较大,2004年为拐点,2003年最高,达到81.2%,2011年最低,仅0.6%。结论:加大宣传力度,提高群众主动婚检意识,加强政府引导、部门协调,规范服务行为有利于提高婚检率。

Objective:To analyze the premarital medical examination index and its influence factors in Jianxi district of Luoyang city from 2001 to 2013,in order to effectively carry out pre marital medical examination work and reduce the incidence of birth defects,and to improve the birth population quality,and guarantee a happy marriage.Methods:We analyzed the annual reports of premarital medical examination in Jianxi district of Luoyang city from 2001 to 2013 years,including the number of pre marital,disease number been detected,premarital examination rate,detection of disease rate,analysis of the factors affecting the development of premarital examination.Results:The pre marital medical examination rate in Jianxi district of Luoyang city were fluctuated from 2001 to 2013 years.The year of 2004 was the inflection point,and the highest in 2003,reaching 81.2%,while the lowest in 2011,only 0.6%.Conclusion:Strengthening the propaganda,improving the initiative of the masses antemarital examination consciousness,and strengthening government guidance and coordination among departments,standardize the service behavior are conducive to improve the rate of premarital examination.
