美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

Clinical observation of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的:探讨美托洛尔在慢性心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果。方法:2012年4月-2014年4月收治慢性心力衰竭患者68例,将其分为两组各34例,第1组进行常规治疗,第2组采取美托洛尔进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:第1组患者治疗效果显著11例(32.4%),治疗有效14例(41.1%),治疗无效9例(26.5%)。第2组患者治疗效果显著19例(55.9%),治疗有效14例(41.2%),治疗无效1例(2.9%)。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔在慢性心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果较为显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:68 patients with chronic heart failure were selected from April 2012 to April 2014.They were divided into two group with 34 cases in each group.1 group were given conventional treatment;2 group were given metoprolol.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results:In the 1 group,the treatment effect was significant in 11 cases(32.4%);the treatment was effective in 14 patients(41.1%);the treatment was invalid in 9 cases(26.5%).In the 2 group,the treatment effect was significant in 19 cases(55.9%);the treatment was effective in 14 patients(41.2%);the treatment was invalid in 1 case(2.9%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure is significant.
