低分子肝素钙联合奥扎格雷在脑血栓形成中的效果评价

Effect evaluation of low molecular heparin calcium combined with ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨低分子肝素钙与奥扎格雷合用在脑血栓形成治疗中的临床效果。方法:脑血栓患者80例按随机原则分为处理组与参照组各40例。处理组应用低分子肝素钙、奥扎格雷联合治疗,参照组使用奥扎格雷处理。2周后,对两组患者的神经功能缺损状况进行评定,并比较治疗后效果。结果:处理组神经功能缺损评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。处理组总有效率70.0%,参照组总有效率52.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素钙与奥扎格雷合用治疗脑血栓形成患者效果较好,可以明显改善患者神经功能缺损。

Objective:To explore the effect of low molecular heparin calcium combined with ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods:80 patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into the treatment group and the control group based on the principles of random,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with low molecular heparin calcium combined with ozagrel,and the control group were treated with ozagrel.The nerve function defect status of the two groups were evaluated and the effects were compared 2 weeks later.Results:The nerve function defect scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 70.0%,and that of the control group was 52.0% ;there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular heparin calcium combined with ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis has better effect and can greatly improve the patients' neurologic deficits.
