舒必利联合质子泵抑制剂、黏膜保护剂治疗反流性胃炎的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of sulpiride combined with proton pump inhibitor and mucosal protective agent in the treatment of reflux gastritis

目的:探究舒必利联合质子泵抑制剂(PPI)、黏膜保护剂治疗反流性胃炎的效果。方法:2013年4月-2014年4月收治反流性胃炎患者95例,随机分为研究组48例和对照组47例。对照组予以吗丁啉联合PPI、黏膜保护剂治疗,研究组予以舒必利联合PPI、黏膜保护剂治疗,分析两组症状评分和不良反应情况。结果:治疗后研究组各症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒必利联合PPI、黏膜保护剂治疗反流性胃炎疗效显著,安全性较好。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of sulpiride combined with proton pump inhibitor and mucosal protective agent in the treatment of reflux gastritis.Methods:95 cases of patients with reflux gastritis from April 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into the research group(48 cases) and the control group(47 cases).The control group were given domperidone combined with proton pump inhibitor and mucosal protective agent,and the research group were given sulpiride combined with proton pump inhibitor and mucosal protective agent.We analyzed the symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results:The each symptom scores of the research group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference between the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sulpiride combined with proton pump inhibitor and mucosal protective agent in the treatment of reflux gastritis has obvious curative effect and safety.
