早期应用胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的临床效果

Curative effect exploration of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes in earlier period

目的:评价胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法:2012年5月-2014年4月收治2型糖尿病患者200例,随机分为两组,每组100例。观察组采用胰岛素泵治疗,对照组未使用胰岛素泵进行治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组控制血糖值达标时间比对照组短,且胰岛素的用量相对较少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:早期应用胰岛素泵进行糖尿病治疗,比未应用胰岛素泵治疗效果更显著且更稳定。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes.Methods:200 patients with type 2 diabetes from May 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with insulin pump,and the control group were not treated with insulin pump.We compared the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The time of blood sugar reaching to the standard level in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group after treatment,and the dosage of insulin was relatively less than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Insulin pump therapy in the treatment of diabetes in earlier period is more effective and more stable than that with no insulin treatment.
