摘要
目的:提高腹部创伤的快速诊断和治疗水平。方法:回顾性分析腹部闭合性损伤患者124例的诊治情况,总结急诊救治经验。结果:行剖腹手术98例,保守治疗28例。治愈121例,死亡3例。结论:迅速评估伤情及早期确诊是救治成功的关键。积极术前急救和适时果断的剖腹探查有助于提高救治成功率。
Objective:To improve the level of rapid diagnosis and treatment of abdominal trauma.Methods:The diagnosis and treatment of 124 cases of patients with abdominal closed injuries were analyzed retrospectively.We summarized the experience of emergency treatment.Results:98 cases had laparotomy and 28 cases had conservative treatment.121 cases cured and 3 cases died. Conclusion:The rapid assessment of injury and early diagnosis is the key to the success of treatment.Active preoperative first aid and timely laparotomy is helpful to improve the successful rate.
