腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of laparoscopic appendectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下阑尾切除手术治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效。方法:2009年6月-2011年6月收治急性阑尾炎患者60例,随机分为腹腔镜组和传统手术组,每组30例,比较两组手术时间、平均治疗费用、手术切口长度、术后镇痛剂使用率、术后感染发生率、术中出血量。结果:腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均少于传统手术组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性阑尾炎患者采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗效果好,有手术损伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少等优点。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of laparoscopic appendectomy surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods:60 patients with acute appendicitis from June 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into the laparoscopy group and the traditional surgery group,with 30 cases in each group,and the operation time,the average cost of treatment,the length of incision,the postoperative analgesic utilization rate,the incidence of postoperative infection,the intraoperative blood loss in the two groups were compared.Results:The laparoscopic operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay were less than those of the traditional surgery group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis had good effect,which had advantages of small surgical injury, light pain,rapid recovery,shorter hospitalization time and fewer complications.
