盐酸羟考酮控释片联合塞来昔布治疗中重度癌性疼痛的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with celecoxib in the treatment of patients with moderate and severe cancer pain

目的:观察盐酸羟考酮控释片联合塞来昔布治疗中重度癌性疼痛止痛效果及不良反应。方法:2014年4-8月收治晚期癌症患者44例,随机分为单药组和联合组各22例。单药组盐酸羟考酮控释片20 mg口服,12 h/次;联合组盐酸羟考酮控释片20 mg口服,12 h/次;塞来昔布胶囊100 mg口服,12 h/次。治疗2周后评价疗效。结果:单药组总有效率77.27%(17/22),联合组总有效率86.36%(19/22),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应主要是轻度便秘和恶心呕吐,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);皮肤瘙痒和消化道出血、溃疡和穿孔两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸羟考酮控释片联合塞来昔布治疗中重度癌痛安全有效,提高了患者的耐受性和生活质量,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective:To explore the analgesic effect and adverse reaction of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with celecoxib in the treatment of patients with moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods:44 patients of terminal cancer from April to August 2014 were divided into the single drug group and the united group with 22 cases in each.The single drug group were treated with oral administration of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets 20 mg,12 h/time.The united group were treated with oral administration of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets 20 mg,12 h/time;100 mg celecoxib capsule oral,12 h/time.After 2 weeks of treatment,we evaluated the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the single drug group,the total efficiency was 77.27%(17/22).In the combined group,the total efficiency was 86.36%(19/22).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The main adverse reactions were mild constipation and nausea and vomiting;compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of skin pruritus,gastrointestinal bleeding,ulceration and perforation of the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with celecoxib in the treatment of patients with moderate and severe cancer pain is safe and effective.It can improve patient tolerance and quality of life,and it is worthy of further promotion.
