安金宁嗽方治疗呼吸道感染引起的气道高反应性的临床研究

Clinical study of airway hyperresponsiveness induced by respiratory tract infection treated with An Jin Ning Sou Decoction

目的:探讨安金宁嗽方治疗呼吸道感染引起的气道高反应性的临床效果。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收治肺炎、急慢性支气管炎、上呼吸道感染患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组予西药常规治疗,予孟鲁司特钠10 mg/d,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用安金宁嗽方治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安金宁嗽方治疗呼吸道感染引起的气道高反应性的临床效果是显著的。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of airway hyperresponsiveness induced by respiratory tract infection treated with An Jin Ning Sou Decoction.Methods:90 patients with pneumonia,acute and chronic bronchitis,upper respiratory tract infection were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional therapy,for montelukast sodium 10 mg/d.The treatment group were treated with An Jin Ning Sou Decoction on the basis of the control group.We observed the effect of treatment. Results:The effective rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of airway hyperresponsiveness induced by respiratory tract infection treated with An Jin Ning Sou Decoction is significant.
