定经汤治疗月经不调患者的临床疗效研究

Curative effect exploration of Dingjing decoction in the treatment of abnormal menstruation

目的:观察定经汤治疗月经不调的临床疗效。方法:2011年5月-2012年5月收治月经不调患者40例,作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组20例、对照组20例。观察组进行定经汤治疗,对照组则按常规治疗,将两组患者临床效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组20例患者中治愈15例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率95%。对照组患者20例,治愈7例,有效3例,无效10例,总有效率50%。观察组治疗总有效率和痊愈率要明显高于对照组,两组治疗效果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定经汤对月经不调患者的疗效较好,值得在医学上推广应用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Dingjing decoction in the treatment of abnormal menstruation.Methods:40 patients with abnormal menstruation from May 2011 to May 2012 as the research object were randomly divided into the observation group with 20 cases and the control group with 20 cases.The observation group were treated with Dingjing decoction and the control group were treated with routine treatment.We compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,15 cases were cured;4 cases were effective;1 case had no effect;the total effective rate was 95%.In the control group,7 cases were cured;3 cases were effective;10 case had no effect;the total effective rate was 50%.The total effective rate and cure rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the treatment effect of the two groups had obvious differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dingjing decoction in the treatment of patients with abnormal menstruation has good curative effect,worthy of popularizing in medicine.
