健康教育护理干预对盆腔炎患者的护理效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育护理干预对盆腔炎患者的护理效果。方法:2011年1月-2014年1月收治盆腔炎患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组接受健康教育护理干预,对照组接受一般护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组对疾病认知达标率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度92.5%,对照组护理满意度70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育护理干预可以提高患者的护理满意度及对疾病的认知,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate nursing effect of health education of nursing intervention in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease from January 2011 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group accepted health education of nursing intervention and the control group accepted general nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The success rate for disease cognition was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.5% and that of the control group was 70.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education of nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction and the cognition for the disease of patients,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
