摘要
目的:对创新型预防医学人才培养的实验教学模式进行探索。方法:对预防医学专业的教学模式进行了一定的改革。在进行社区卫生预防医学教学以及社区卫生服务预防实践教学时,积极有效地引入新型教学模式。通过对实验教学模式进行改革,将理论教学、学生创新精神培养、科研活动、课外实践教学等方法融合在一起展开教学,探索预防医学创新人才培养的模式。结果:通过不同教学方法的融合及实践应用,培养出了大批的创新型医学人才,提高了学生独立思考的能力,使学生在遇到问题时,能够养成优秀的分析问题以及解决问题的能力。结论:通过对实验教学模式的改革,促进了预防医学创新型人才的培养,因此在教学中有推广的意义。
Objective:To explore the experimental teaching mode of cultivating innovative preventive medicine.Methods:The teaching model of preventive medicine specialty was reformed.The new type of positive and effective teaching mode was introduced in the preventive medicine teaching of community health as well as the prevention practice teaching of community health service.Through reforming the experimental teaching mode,the methods of the theoretical teaching,students'' creative spirit cultivation,scientific research activities,extracurricular teaching practice teaching was mixed together to explore the training mode of innovative talent in preventive medicine.Results:Through different teaching methods and practical application,a large number of innovative medical talents was cultivated,which improved the students'' ability of independent thinking and develop the students'' analysis and problem solving skills when they had problems.Conclusion:The reform of experimental teaching mode can promote the cultivation of innovative talents in preventive medicine,which has promoted significance in teaching.
