经肛型肠梗阻减压导管在急性低位结直肠梗阻手术中的应用效果

The application effect of transanal ileus decompression tube in acute colorectal obstruction operation

目的:探讨经肛型肠梗阻减压导管治疗急性低位结直肠梗阻的临床应用效果。方法:2010年1月-2014年1月收治急性低位结直肠梗阻患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规手术治疗,观察组采用经肛型肠梗阻减压导管进行治疗,比较两组患者临床手术治疗效果。结果:观察组腹痛、腹胀症状消失时间和自主排气时间都明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组胃肠减压量也明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组住院时间也明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率14.08%,观察组并发症发生率4.23%。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经肛型肠梗阻减压导管进行急性低位结直肠梗阻的治疗,能有效改善患者临床情况,减轻患者痛苦,提高治疗效果,安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of transanal ileus decompression tube in the treatment of acute colorectal obstruction.Methods:60 patients with acute colorectal obstruction were selected from January 2010 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine operation therapy,and the observation group were treated by transanal ileus decompression tube.We compared clinical operation effect of the two groups.Results:The abdominal pain and distension symptoms disappeared time and independent exhaust time of the patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and with statistical significance(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal decompression amount of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and with statistical significance(P<0.05).The patients hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the control group was 14.08%,and the incidence of complications of the observation group was 4.23%.So the incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transanal ileus decompression tube in the treatment of the acute low colorectal obstruction can improve the clinical condition of patients effectively,reduce the suffering of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.It is safety and effective,so it is worthy of clinical application.
