长效止痛剂在肛肠术后的应用体会

Experience in application of long acting analgesic after anorectal operation

目的:探讨长效止痛剂在肛肠术后的应用。方法:对肛肠术后患者使用长效止痛剂,观察其临床效果。结果:6例出现排尿困难,无一例因术后疼痛难忍服用其他止痛药。结论:长效止痛剂术后止痛效果明显。

Objective:To explore the application of long acting analgesic in anorectal postoperative.Methods:We used the long-acting analgesic in patients after anorectal operation.The clinical effect of them was observed.Results:6 cases appeared dysuria,and no one case with postoperative pain taking other painkillers.Conclusion:The postoperative analgesic effect of long acting analgesic is obvious.
