胎儿超声心动图诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的价值

Value of fetal ultrasound beckoning mapping in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease

目的:探讨胎儿超声心动图在胎儿先天性心脏病(先心病)诊断中的价值。方法:2011-2013年收治胎儿先心病及心脏异常病例130例,孕22~36周,将孕妇随机分为两组,第1组做普通筛查,第2组对每位孕妇行胎儿超声心动图检查。结果:第1组检出先心病19例,第2组检出先心病111例。结论:胎儿超声心动图对胎儿先心病的检出具有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate the value of fetal ultrasound beckoning mapping in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.Methods:130 cases of fetal congenital heart disease and cardiac abnormalities were selected from 2011 to 2013,pregnancy22~36 weeks.The pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups.The first groups did common screening,and the second groups of each pregnant woman did fetal echocardiography.Results:The first group was 19 cases of congenital heart disease.The second group were 111 cases of congenital heart disease.Conclusion:The fetal ultrasound Heartbeat map has important significance on the detection of fetal congenital heart disease.
