肺性脑病患者的临床观察和护理体会

Clinical observation and nursing care of the patients with pulmonary encephalopathy

肺心病是呼吸内科常见病之一,肺性脑病是其最常见的并发症。本文总结了22例肺性脑病患者的观察和护理体会。通过分析,严密观察病情变化,尽早发现肺性脑病的先兆,掌握正确的护理方法,是提高患者治愈率、降低死亡率的关键。

Pulmonary heart disease is one of the common diseases of the respiratory department of internal medicine.Pulmonary encephalopathy is the most common complication.In this paper,we summarized the observation and nursing experience of 22 cases of the patients with pulmonary encephalopathy.Through the analysis,we found that the close observation of changes in condition,found the aura of pulmonary encephalopathy as soon as possible,to master the correct nursing method is the key to improve the cure rate of patients and reduce the mortality rate.
